Overnight stay security deposit
A security deposit is required for every overnight stay: ₱2,000 for the 2-bedroom Tower 1 Unit 3101 and ₱1,000 for all other listed condo units. The deposit is separate from the applicable overnight rate and is subject to the House Rules & Terms of Stay.

BEFORE YOU BOOK
House Rules & Terms of Stay
Please review these rules before sending a booking request. By booking and checking in, guests agree to follow them.
No smoking or vaping
Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the condo unit.
Quiet hours
Please keep noise low from 10:00 PM onward and avoid disturbing neighboring units.
No pets
Pets are not permitted inside the unit.
Declared guests only
All guests and visitors must be declared and must stay within the unit's maximum occupancy.
01 · Check-in & check-out
Standard check-in is 2:00 PM and standard check-out is 12:00 PM. Early check-in, late checkout, and extensions require prior owner approval and may be subject to additional charges.
02 · Guest capacity & visitors
Tower 1 Unit 3101 accommodates up to 6 guests. Standard units accommodate up to 4 guests. Visitors are allowed only when total occupancy remains within the allowed limit and building security requirements are followed.
03 · Identification & building security
Guests may be required to provide a valid government-issued ID for condominium guest registration and access. Please cooperate with security and building procedures.
04 · Payment, security deposit & extra guests
For every overnight stay, a security deposit is required in addition to the applicable overnight rate: ₱2,000 for Tower 1 Unit 3101 (2-bedroom) and ₱1,000 for all other listed condo units. The published rate covers up to 2 guests; each guest above 2 is charged an additional ₱300 per person. Guests may either pay the security deposit first or pay the overnight rate, extra guest fees, and security deposit together.
05 · Damages & cleanliness
Guests are responsible for damage or loss caused by themselves or their visitors. Leave the unit reasonably clean, dispose of trash properly, clean used dishes and kitchenware, wipe spills promptly, and return items to their original places.
06 · Gatherings & noise
Small, respectful get-togethers are acceptable within occupancy limits. Large parties, events, excessive noise, or activities that inconvenience neighbors are not allowed.
07 · Cooking & appliances
Use only the provided cooking facilities and appliances unless the owner approves otherwise. Avoid cooking that creates strong or persistent odors that may affect neighboring units.
08 · Fire safety
Candles and incense are not allowed. Do not bring or operate extra cooking, heating, or other high-power appliances without prior approval.

Booking statusThe owner can approve, decline, or cancel requests from the owner dashboard.
Extra guest feeThe published overnight rate covers up to 2 guests. If your party exceeds 2 guests, an additional ₱300 per excess guest will be added on top of the full stay payment and the applicable refundable security deposit.
